Terms
The agreement between you and BillTrove, in plain words.

What BillTrove is
A tool for making invoices, receipts and Thai tax invoices. It helps you produce a document and keep track of what has been paid. It is not a bank, not a payment processor, not an accountant and not a lawyer. Using it means you accept what is on this page.
Your account
You need a working email address. Keep your password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us straight away if you think someone else is in it. BillTrove is meant for business use and is not for anyone under 20.
Your documents stay yours
Everything you put in — your business details, your customer list, your invoices — remains yours. You give BillTrove permission to store, process and display it for one purpose only: running the service for you. We claim no ownership of your paperwork and no right to use it for anything else.
What you have to check
The figures on a document are the ones you typed. Before you print, send or file anything, check the names, the dates, the amounts, the VAT and the tax IDs. Following the tax, accounting and business rules that apply to you is your responsibility, not the software's.
BillTrove does not take payments
A PromptPay QR code on an invoice displays your own payment details and nothing more. No money passes through BillTrove, and the app cannot tell whether a customer has actually paid — it only records what you tell it. Always confirm the money with your bank or your banking app.
No tax, accounting or legal advice
The Thai tax invoice layout carries the particulars the Revenue Department requires, and we take that seriously. It is still a template, not advice, and it cannot guarantee that a particular document satisfies the Revenue Department in your situation. For that, ask a qualified accountant.
What it costs
BillTrove is free to use today. If a paid plan is introduced later, you will be told before anything is charged, and nothing you are using for free will quietly start costing money.
Fair use
- Do not use BillTrove to create false or fraudulent documents, or to impersonate another business.
- Do not store details about people you have no right to hold.
- Do not attack, overload, or try to break into the service, and do not use it to send anything unlawful.
- An account doing any of the above can be suspended or closed.
Availability
We work to keep it running, but this is not a service with an uptime guarantee. It can be down for maintenance, or for reasons outside our control. Keep your own copies of the documents that matter — print them or download the PDF. That copy is yours and does not depend on us.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account, which removes your data as described on the privacy page. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.
If something goes wrong
BillTrove is provided as it is. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost business, or losses that follow from a mistake in a document you produced and sent. That is why two things above matter: check the document before it goes out, and keep your own copy.
Which law applies
Thai law, and the courts of Thailand deal with any dispute.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it, and a change that matters will be announced in the app. Questions go to billtrove.services@gmail.com.
